What stage does my startup need to be at to work with you? +
Any stage. We work with founders who have only an idea, with teams that already have a product and their first customers, and with startups preparing a round or needing to bring order to their growth. On the first call we identify where you are and what the most important decision is right now.
How are you different from a traditional consulting firm? +
We use the same rigorous methods as the top strategy firms: a central question, a structured problem, hypotheses tested against evidence, and a recommendation that leads with the answer. The difference lies in focus and size: we work exclusively with startups, with fixed scopes designed for your budget, and the senior consultant you meet on the first call is the one who does the work.
How does a project start? +
With a brief, fixed-scope diagnostic. Together we agree on the decision that matters most, break it into its parts, review your data, and test the first hypotheses. You receive a concise document with a recommendation and next steps, and then you decide whether to continue.
How do you charge? +
Fixed fees per phase, agreed before the work begins. Ongoing support is billed at a monthly rate with defined deliverables. We do not charge by the hour, so you know from the start exactly what you are investing.
Do you help us raise investment? +
We prepare you so that a conversation with investors has the best possible odds: the story, the metrics, the financial model, the pitch, and the data room. The decision to invest always belongs to the investor, which is why we do not promise a round - we do make sure your startup arrives prepared.
What is go-to-market and why does it matter so much? +
It is the plan for reaching the market and winning customers: who you sell to first, with what message, at what price, and through which channels. Many startups with a good product fail here because they scale marketing spend before knowing which channel works. We test first, measure, and only then scale.
Do you work only in Ecuador? +
We are headquartered in Quito and work with founders across Ecuador and Latin America, in Spanish and in English, in person or remotely.
How do you protect my startup's information? +
We sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving any data, share information only with the people working on your project, and handle personal data in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.
