Business Solutions works with founders in Quito and across Latin America. We start from a simple conviction: the methods of the top strategy firms work, but they almost never reach a startup in a form it can afford and apply. That is why we deliver them at a founder's pace - a clear question, a well-structured problem, hypotheses tested with real customers, and a concrete recommendation. We work for startup founders who need to make a decision that matters. Every stage of a startup brings a decision that can define its future: what problem to solve, who to sell to first, how much to charge, when to raise capital, and how to grow without losing control. And almost always, those decisions must be made with little time, little information, and a runway that keeps shrinking.
